1. Nature of Service
AttahTrucks operates as a broker and connection platform between buyers and sellers of LPG trucks and related equipment in Nigeria. We do not directly own or sell all listed trucks.
2. Commission Structure
To maintain operations and facilitate smooth transactions, AttahTrucks applies a fair service charge:
- Buyer Service Fee: 2% – 5% depending on deal size and involvement level
- Seller Commission: Optional negotiation support fee (typically 1% – 2%)
All fees are clearly discussed and agreed upon before finalizing any transaction.
3. Transparency
We aim to ensure honest representation of trucks and equipment. However, buyers are strongly advised to:
- Inspect all trucks physically
- Verify documents and certifications
- Confirm tank capacity and pump condition
4. Responsibility
AttahTrucks is not liable for losses arising from:
- Incorrect information provided by sellers
- Mechanical faults after purchase
- Payment disputes between parties
5. Agreement
By using this platform, you acknowledge that AttahTrucks acts only as a facilitator and not the final seller.
